About
TGTP exists to enable leaders, organisations and governments to work with trust deliberately.
The Global Trust Project was founded in response to a persistent gap: trust is widely recognised as essential, yet rarely treated with rigour. When trust weakens, performance, legitimacy, and resilience follow. When trust is present, organisations adapt faster, decisions hold, and outcomes endure.
TGTP works with trust as a strategic capability that can be understood, developed, and sustained.
Distinction
Focus
TGTP works with leaders, teams, organisations, and institutions facing complexity, pressure, or transition.
The focus is on enabling trustworthiness to be made visible, developed deliberately, and embedded in practice - at the level of individuals, organisations, and wider systems.
This work spans:
• leadership judgement and accountability,
• team and organisational dynamics,
• institutional and societal contexts.
Approach
How we work
TGTP works as an independent, impartial partner.
Engagements are designed to be rigorous, human, and grounded in the realities leaders face. The work happens across organisations and systems, and at a 1:1 level with leaders, where judgement, trade-offs, and responsibility are exercised most acutely.
TGTP does not prescribe culture or impose solutions. Leaders remain authors in their own pathways, empowered by trust-based capabilities and systems.
Designed for scale
TGTP is designed to scale without dilution.
A single pathway, a consistent diagnostic foundation, immersive learning, deep advisory where required, and infrastructure that sustains progress over time.
This ensures trustworthiness can be developed personally and collectively, locally and systemically, deliberately and durably.
Why this matters now
Performance without trustworthiness is increasingly costly.
Trustworthiness without performance is unsustainable.
TGTP exists to help leaders hold both.
People
Across societies, organisations, and teams, trust is under pressure.
TGTP is led by Dominic Wilhelm, Executive Director.
Dominic works globally with senior leaders across commercial organisations, governments, and non-profits. His work focuses on helping leaders navigate complexity by making trustworthiness visible, actionable, and sustained - particularly in high-stakes, ambiguous, or transitional contexts.
His experience spans:
organisational transformation and leadership development,
public-sector and institutional contexts,
cross-sector convenings and dialogues,
the design and facilitation of immersive learning environments.
TGTP’s work reflects a deep engagement with trust research, systems thinking, and practical leadership realities - bridging theory and application without reducing either.
